Each of our developments follow a corporate structure by utilising a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) to protect our clients’ funds and ring-fence assets to an individual scheme.
Investments are also designed to be as tax efficient as possible for all parties involved. When appraising a development scheme, we look for multiple exit strategies to minimise the risk and offer further flexibility.
Investors have the choice to fund all or part of the development whilst receiving a priority return on their investment. Our schemes typically offer the opportunity for investors to be involved in one of the following:

- Profit Share options
- Fixed Annualised Returns
THE PARKMOUNT PROCESS
Our options for investors include alternative property investment opportunities and bonds. Please note our investments are only suitable for high net worth, sophisticated, company or SASS pension investors.
- We meet with potential investors to see if both parties want to be investors or JV partners.
- We source a suitable property and negotiate a discounted price.
- We purchase the property.
- We organise the building contractors and all associated services.
- Once the property is complete, Parkmount Developments market the property for sale.
- Once the property is sold, we pay back the investors their initial capital and returns or profit share.
